Your artwork will be printed on Hahnemühle Art Canvas Smooth 370gsm – Hahnemühle’s latest matt canvas, ideal for illustrations and fine art reproductions.

Hahnemühle Art Canvas Smooth 370gsm requires varnishing after the print has been produced to seal the print and provide a layer of UV protection. We can varnish using two finishes; matt (to match the natural look of the canvas print) or satin, which has a subtle semi-gloss finish.
If you intend to paint over the top of the print, we recommend having a matt varnish applied to the canvas to seal the printed ink, you’ll then be able to paint and embellish over the top of the canvas. We recommend varnishing again to seal and fix your own work.
