Google’s cloud storage gives you 15GB of free space, which is usually plenty of room for all your files, however if you use Google for email, documents or photos, these services also eat into that 15GB allowance. If you need more space, you can sign up to Google One for individuals and that gives you 100GB of space for a monthly or yearly cost.
Once you’ve signed to Google Drive and downloaded their app, you’ll be able to use your computers file explorer/finder to create folders and move around files.
To create a Shared Folder, head over to Google Drive online and find the folder you wish to share with us, right-click on the folder and choose Share, enter our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and click Done. We’ll now have access to everything within this folder only, please do not move, rename or delete the folder as this will affect our access to your images.
Dropbox’s free Basic plan gives you 2GB of free space, this can be expanded by inviting friends, family and colleagues to sign up, if they do, you’ll receive an extra 500MB of space (up to a maximum of 16GB).
