We offer a wide range of options within our Bespoke Framing service, each order is made especially for your prints, so the process is very customisable.
By default we’ll use a soft white coloured acid free mount, the mount will be 2in (5cm) wide and we will leave a gap of 10mm between the printed image and the mount so you have space to sign the print should you wish. The print will be fixed to the mount using a single strip of tape, the mount will be hinge fixed to a hard board backing. Within your frame, you can choose the mount to be different to our default by choosing;
Please note: To fix your print to a window mount, we require you to place your order with an additional border around your printed image size. This border can be partially visible (space to sign) or completely hidden (close up and no gap).
Whether you require a mount in your frame, or if you want your print framed without a mount, we have a wide range of mouldings available alongside the selection on our website. If you require a moulding different to our collection, please contact us with your requirements.
By default we’ll seal the back of your frame, but if you would like to sign your prints, we’ll use flexible pins so you can easily access the print and put the frame back together again. We also use a glass replacement called styrene for your frame, this is due to glass being too fragile to send through the post or with a courier, it is UV protecting so will help protect the colour of your prints.
