Within your account profile and alongside your contact information, we need to know where your files are stored for printing. Images are not sent to us with your order details, and so prior to orders being sent to us, we need to know where everything is.

We have three options.

Dropbox
Share a Dropbox folder with us from your account to our email address (our Dropbox account), hello@dstudiouk.com, we’ll then have access to this folder to print orders that arrive with us.

Google Drive
Share a folder within your Google Drive to our email address, hello@dstudiouk.com, making sure we have access to view the contents, we will then have access to this folder to print your orders that arrive with us.

Cloud Transfer (Stored offline with us)
You can opt to send all your images to us where we’ll safely and securely store these images for your print orders. We recommend sending your images via wetransfer.com, if you have an alternative cloud transfer of choice, that’s fine.

The benefit of using Dropbox or Google Drive is that you’ll have access to the folder also, so you can easily add new images and always have access to existing files to make any necessary updates.
