We are currently operating with a reduced production team and have modified a number of our working practices to allow our staff to socially distance and have a safe working environment throughout the studio. We have also reduced the number of staff by allowing some members of the team to work remotely and support production from afar.
We have seen high volumes of orders over the last two months and with us working wuth a reduced number of staff in the studio, our turnaround times have been extended by 2 working days, we have updated our lead times page as well as the estimated dispatch date you'll see and receive when you place an order with us. We are working hard to return to our usual turnaround times and hope to do so very soon. We thank you for your patience during this time.
We have suspended all scanning and colour matching services while working with a reduced team in the studio to prioritise print orders. We hope to be able to resume scanning original artwork soon.
While courier companies are maintaining high levels of deliveries within their advertised delivery times, postal services are suffering from delays due to reduced staff and high volumes of parcels from record numbers of internet purchases requiring delivery. International deliveries are suffering from the longest delays with border closures and quarantines cited as the reason for the delays. The delivery companies we choose to use are essential to being able to provide you with your orders, we are in constant contact with these companies and you can find updates from our delivery partners below.
99% of print only orders, most Flat Wrapped orders and some smaller orders with finishing. UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.
